The DDMA, industry association for data & marketing, has announced the nominees for the DDMA Customer Data Award. The three contenders for this prize are Hema, Corendon and VodafoneZiggo.
The jury has selected three parties from all entries that will present their case on December 2, after which a winner will be crowned.
Jury chairman Kees Groenewoud, director of Cmotions, notices that the level of submissions this year is higher than in previous years: ‘We are definitely beyond the basics when it comes to data-driven working and data-driven marketing. It is clearly visible that the focus is not only on process optimization with data, but also on the strategic impact of data-driven working on the customer and organization’.
This year, the DDMA Customer Data Award is presented for the fifteenth time to the organization that manages customer data most successfully at the operational, tactical and strategic level. All submitted cases have been assessed by an independent jury of experts. Last year, ANWB won and became the successor to other major brands such as KPN, KNVB and Sanoma. The other nominees last year were Jumbo Supermarkets and DPG Media.
