Will Elon Musk support Bitcoin (BTC) when the latter’s market cap exceeds Tesla’s? The richest man in the world seems to take a different stance than Warren Buffet’s when it comes to BTC. Elon Musk could just send Bitcoin to the moon with a simple tweet.

Elon Musk wants to be paid in Bitcoin

January 9, 2021, Elon Musk clarifies its position towards cryptocurrencies in general, responding to a tweet posted by the author of the book The Accidental Billionnaires, suitable for cinema for film The Social Network, Ben Mezrich.

Mezrich had indicated that he would no longer refuse payments in Bitcoin, a tweet to which Musk replied with a “Me too”.

In another thread, Musk had revealed that he did not have Dogecoin (DOGE), without ruling out this perspective.

Musk recently detonated Jeff Bezos, to become the richest man in the world. Official support from the founder of You’re here and of SpaceX at BTC, would significantly increase the latter’s legitimacy with large fortunes.

Support up to the White House

The biography ofElon Musk on Twitter had indicated at one point that it was the former CEO of Dogecoin.

Before Christmas, he had shared a meme on Bitcoin. The CEO of MicroStrategy, Michael saylor, had launched into the discussion by proclaiming his absolute faith in the BTC.

Musk responded cautiously and asked if it was possible to do multi-million dollar transactions with Bitcoin.

Saylor then revealed that he had just bought more than $ 1.3 billion in Bitcoin.

MicroStrategy has since obtained an investment of Morgan stanley which would hold 10.9% of the shares of the company.

The former communications director of the White House, Anthony scaramucci, also supports Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is recovering from a major correction that took it to the $ 30,000 level.

Is Bitcoin wooing the rich or are the latter forced to turn to BTC to protect the value of their holdings from devaluation of fiats? BTC is no longer a currency for geeks or darknet criminals: it now serves the interests of the biggest wallets on the planet. Governments will be hard pressed to put a damper in the wheels of a Bitcoin that enjoys the support of the richest fortunes. Money rules the world, Bitcoin will soon dethrone money.
