Rösler will be appointed to the board of directors with effect from January 1, 2021, announced the southern German company. “In the newly created department, Isabel Rösler is responsible for essential internal control functions such as risk controlling, compliance, money laundering prevention and data protection,” says the leasing and factoring company.

The aim is to meet the increased regulatory requirements for the internal control systems even better, said Grenke Supervisory Board Chairman Ernst-Moritz Lipp on Wednesday. “Ms. Rösler is a proven expert in the leasing and factoring business and has extensive experience in risk controlling as well as in other areas of back office”, says Lipp.
