SNP sells Polish subsidiary to All for One

SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner announces the sale of its Polish subsidiary: All for One, which is also listed, will acquire the majority in SNP Poland Sp.z o.o. Take over. â € œThe acquisition is planned for the first quarter of 2021. For the complete takeover, both parties intend to provide reciprocal buy and sell options, which should take effect from the end of 2023, â € said the company.

No details are given on agreed financial details. In 2019, SNP Poland achieved sales of 21.1 million euros and earnings before interest and taxes of 1.1 million euros.

We are thereby strengthening our focus on our SAP transformation businessâ €, says Michael Eberhardt, CEO of SNP, on the sale of SNP Poland. â € œBoth partners concentrate on their core competencies. All for One on all SAP services along the value chain and SNP on digital transformation processes and software-based data migration solutionsâ €, says the manager.
