Stemmer Imaging has raised its forecast for the current year. While the forecast range for sales has been increased from 100 million euros to 105 million euros to 104 million euros to 105 million euros, the change in the EBITDA forecast is more pronounced. The Puchheim-based company previously expected a profit of between EUR 3 million and EUR 5 million for 2020 based on EBITDA, now it is EUR 5.5 million to EUR 6.5 million.
“Due to the late lockdown in key sales markets of the company and the simultaneous relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions in other important regions in Europe, customers were able to complete their projects by the end of the year, which for Stemmer Imaging resulted in project calls with a higher-margin service component,” said the enterprise. In addition, “the measures implemented in the third quarter to focus the company on its strategic goals” supported the results, they say.
