mVISE takes over completely – the board is to be expanded

mVISE takes over the remaining 10 percent of the shares in GmbH and becomes the sole owner of the company. The company from Düsseldorf announced on Friday that a final purchase and takeover contract was concluded with the two founders of GmbH. Financial details about the purchase are not disclosed.

“The two founders will accompany the company for a transition period and will ultimately leave in spring or summer 2021. The transition process is planned for the long term so that the business of the GmbH can be continued seamlessly ”, says mVISE.

In addition, the company is planning to appoint another board member who will be responsible for the sales department. The background to this is the current development in incoming orders for both products, according to mVISE. During the course of the year, the people of Düsseldorf felt the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in sales, and in particular no license sales were made. “Decisive for the overall result for 2020 are the sales contracts still possible at the end of the year”, according to mVISE. With the third board of directors, the focus is to be placed more on the generation of license revenues.
