Because of further lows! The bulls recently heated up the shorties in the Dow Jones Industrial Average®. The Dow Jones Industrial Average® was the only one of the three major US indices to storm up recently, marking a new all-time high of 30,116 points in yesterday’s trading. There will be no trading tomorrow in the USA, only shortened on Friday. Many traders will therefore already say goodbye to the long weekend today. Quieter trading should therefore come as no surprise. With the breakout above the high at 29,964 points, the Dow Jones Industrial Average® triggered a procyclical buy signal. The next projection target is 30,280 points. However, since sensible stops are very far away, this is hardly tradable in the short term. The intermediate low at 29,228 points serves as a guide, above that the trend is intact.

A break of the 29,964 point mark on the bottom could cause a slight washout. In this case, the index could approach the 29,569 point mark again. If, on the other hand, the index falls below the low of 29,228 points, further sales in the zone between 28,958 to 28,892 points are likely, as the original plan had also intended.
