Nasdaq 100 – It remains exciting

An uphill battle remains between bulls and bears on the Nasdaq-100® index. Little has changed in the relative weakness compared to the indices of the old economy, but recently the sellers also failed to send out sell signals. Again, support at 11,846 points in yesterday’s trading held out under attack by the bears. The technical situation on the chart is therefore unchanged. A daily closing price as significantly above the price level as possible at 12,034 points would trigger an initial buy signal in the direction of 12,205 points. If this mark is exceeded, the all-time high of 12,439 points is the only barrier.

On the downside, the support remains at 11,846 points, which has once again become more meaningful due to the development in the past few days. Below that, the bears are likely to sense their chance and aim for the 11,566 point mark. The EMA50 is currently slightly above that at 11,600 points. A second mainstay in this area would be helpful for further ambitions of buyers, nothing has changed that. So far, however, the bulls no longer allow on the underside.
