Countries with the best work-life balance

According to the current “Better Life Index”, the average full-time employee in the OECD has 15 hours a day at leisure (sleeping, eating, hobbies, social contact with family and friends). But many employees can only dream of that. According to the organization, eleven percent of employees work at least 50 hours a week. The share is highest in Turkey (33 percent). Men are more than twice as likely to work very long hours than women (15 and six percent respectively).
