There are personnel changes at the top of some Lufthansa subsidiaries. The previous boss of Brussels Ailines, Dieter Vranckx, will take over the CEO position of the Swiss Lufthansa subsidiary SWISS at the beginning of 2021. The 47-year-old manager will succeed Thomas Klühr, who will leave the company at the end of the year as planned.
The CEO position at Brussels is to be taken over by Peter Gerber, currently still CEO of Lufthansa Cargo AG, from March 1st next year. Gerber should also take on the newly created role of General Manager of the Lufthansa Group for European affairs in Belgium.
Dorothea von Boxberg will be the new CEO of Lufthansa Cargo AG. The 46-year-old will also take over the task on March 1, and the manager on the Executive Board of Lufthansa Cargo AG is currently responsible for global sales, network planning and product management as well as product development.
