Deutsche Börse wants to take over the majority in ISS. The aim is to become the leading provider of governance solutions, ESG data and analytics. The closing should take place in the first half of 2021. ISS currently supplies more than 4,000 institutional investors worldwide with data. The stock exchange expects synergy effects from the merger, there should be an additional EBITDA of 15 million euros in 2023.
By the end of 2023, the bank aims to grow by an average of 10 percent with the help of a new medium-term growth strategy. The growth is also to be generated through acquisitions.
The analysts at Nord LB are sticking to the hold recommendation for the shares of Deutsche Börse. The price target increases from EUR 130.00 to EUR 145.00.
Now that the stock exchange has successfully mastered the “Roadmap 2020” program, there is great confidence that the new “Compass 2023” program will also be a success. This can be noticeable in a rising price.
