Hasso Plattner “indulged” a package of shares in the Walldorf-based software group yesterday. At prices between around EUR 99.93 and EUR 101.58, the SAP founder and current supervisory board of the company bought SAP shares worth more than EUR 248 million (!). This emerges from a directors’ dealings announcement from the DAX-listed company on Tuesday. The purchases were processed through Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.
SAP CEO Christian Kurt Klein also buys again: After a purchase by the group board was reported yesterday, according to the company’s latest announcement this morning, the manager is buying shares with a total value of 102,180 euros via Tradegate at a price of 102.80 euros.
Meanwhile, the SAP share remains volatile after yesterday’s price plunge, today prices between 96.84 euros and 100.92 euros have been quoted.
