At an m: access conference organized by the Munich Stock Exchange, Peter Werth, CEO of Wolftank-Adisa, confirmed the company’s forecast for 2020. Sales should be between EUR 46 million and EUR 56 million. The EBIT is seen at 0.9 million euros to 3.9 million euros.
According to Werth, it is difficult to make a forecast in these times. So far, however, in the company’s history it has always been possible to meet the forecasts. So he hopes that this trend will continue in the current year.
In 2021, the Austrians should have a turnover of 50 million euros to 100 million euros. The EBIT should be between EUR 3 million and EUR 8 million. The large spread can be explained by the fact that there may be changes in the consolidation of companies belonging to Wolftank-Adisa.
In addition, the CEO does not want to rule out acquisitions. He also sees the possibility of strategic acquisitions due to the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. Prices are likely to be under pressure due to the crisis, which could create opportunities. Werth strives for a broader product portfolio with higher added value.
The shares of Wolftank-Adisa lose 0.8 percent today to 23.80 euros. At the height of the crisis, the paper was around 15 euros.
