[column] More felt than folk

Theo Doyer, renowned freelance copywriter, was yesterday in his favorite pub Hoppe and wrote this poem straight from the heart.

More felt than folk

On the way home
Take shelter in the cafe
With more felt than folk
Little corona drivel and nonsense
That silence could last for a while

The sociable animal wept softly
Until it stopped raining

And it could begin
The deliberation, the weighing
A very last one ahead

But then back home in rapid haste
The blessings count
