The latest brand extension is presented under the name of the inventor of the double-edged safety razor: King Camp Gillette. This line is based on a century of expertise and history, but is made for the man of today, with and without a beard. The new collection not only includes razors, but also an entire care line, reports responsible brand owner P&G.
The King C. Gillette line includes eight new products for shaving, trimming and conditioning facial hair, including the iconic double-edged safety razor invented by King Camp Gillette in 1901. King Camp Gillette introduced an innovation that made it possible for men all over the world to shave at home. With the launch of the King C. Gillette line named after him, the brand builds on 120 years of expertise with a complete collection of tools for all men with all possible beard styles to groom their beard at home. This makes Gillette the first brand to offer such a wide range, from electric shavers and razors to personal care products.

King Camp Gillette
The King C. Gillette line is named after its founder. Until the beginning of the 20th century, men went to hairdressers to have their mustaches, which was very fashionable at the time, or their beards cut. Shaving was a technical and delicate process at the time. Safety razors for the home already existed, but they were clumsy and very expensive. In addition, the knives had to be sharpened regularly. So in 1900, Mr. King Camp Gillette came up with the revolutionary idea of making thin, strong disposable blades that are easier to use and more affordable. Scientists thought it impossible at the time, but in 1901 King Camp proved them wrong with his groundbreaking innovation.
The King C. Gillette range consists of three categories: Shave & Style, Trim & Care, under the sub-names Shave & Edge, Trim and Care. King C. Gillette will be in Etos stores from October 12, 2020 and is available online at Bol.com.
