Dow Jones – It is done

The Dow Jones Industrial Average® already significantly exceeded the price level at 28,365 points last Thursday and in this way activated a buy signal in the daily chart. The bulls followed suit on Friday, but the price target of 28,733 points has not yet been achieved. The last-mentioned goals remain at 28,733 and 29,199 points. At 28,733 points, a breather is definitely possible, but the bears are slowly running out of arguments and there is an increasing risk of short squeeze. The all-time high of 29,569 points is also an issue in this case.

Setbacks to the new support at 28,365 points offer entry opportunities. Only lower prices would negate the buy signal from the previous week. In this case, the Dow Jones Industrial Average® could drop to 28,170 points. Below that, 27,980 points provide support. Stop raises are now possible below the 27,728 low.
