Nasdaq 100 – Patience is still required

The Nasdaq-100® index continues to fluctuate strongly, but has moved up again in the past two trading days, starting from an important support zone. Only a procyclical buy signal has so far been denied the index.A rise above the resistance at 11,566 points would be considered positive and would release potential to 11,840 points. Again above that, the Nasdaq-100® could head for the all-time high of 12,439 points in the fourth quarter.

On the other hand, if the Nasdaq-100® gives up the support area between 11,282 and 11,243 points, it should close the gap at 11,177 points. If there is no stabilization there, too, there is a risk of significant losses that could initially push the index down to 10,780 and then towards the EMA200 at almost 10,000 points.

Before the trading session, the index was friendly. It would be important for the bulls to confirm prices above 11,566 points as clearly as possible using the weekly closing price.
