Corestate Personal-Financial.com Holding appoints a new CEO: Since the previous CEO Lars Schnidrig is leaving at the end of the year at his own request, the former Patrizia board member Klaus Schmitt is to become the company’s new CEO from January 1, 2021 – initially for three years. “In more than 17 years, Schmitt has played a key role in developing Patrizia into a leading pan-European asset manager with assets under management worth more than 44 billion euros,” says Georg Allendorf, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Corestate.
The current CEO Schnidrig wants to take on a new professional role.
In addition, Corestate Personal-Financial.com Holding is restructuring the management board. “Daniel Löhken will be appointed to the Board of Management as Chief Legal and HR Officer on November 1, 2020, and will be responsible for the areas of Legal, Compliance, ESG, Risk Management and Human Resources. In addition, the finance department will in future be represented as an independent department on the Executive Board, ”the company announced. Until now, Schnidrig had held the positions of CEO and CFO in one person. It has not yet been decided who will fill the CFO position in the future.
