Dow Jones – will the liberation succeed?

The Dow Jones Industrial Average® corrected significantly last Friday, but missed the target of 27,360 points in the low by 22 points. The index then started a recovery. In yesterday’s trading session, the bulls issued a clear warning and heaved the index above the high of 28,041 points. The recovery movement since the September low was confirmed. A resistance at 28,170 points is almost reached. If the bulls stay on the ball in today’s trading, further gains are possible towards the interim high at 28,365 points. There is a striking intermediate high in the chart, which could well initiate a more pronounced countermovement to the bottom. For example, an inverse shoulder-head-shoulder formation would be conceivable in the coming weeks. Accordingly, the head of this formation would be completed shortly.

If there are setbacks, it would be important from the buyers’ point of view that they run above the low of 27,382 points. Below 27,360 points, on the other hand, the probability of a gap close increases at 27,239 points.
