At the end of April, after the endless weeks of the shutdown, a sentence came up that has to be picked up again today. And probably again at the end of the year, and then again and again in March: “In a few months we will probably have to forgive each other a lot.” Health Minister Jens Spahn said this sentence, and it contains a double message: We will make mistakes. And: we will learn.

The second part of the message is particularly important these days, between ever new hotspots, regional lockdowns and travel warnings for almost two thirds of Europe – because fear and tension are growing, many fear that we will have to lock the country again and shut down, Cafes and shops are closing, the office towers are closing
