VIB Vermögen is further expanding its own real estate portfolio: In Bottrop, the m: access-listed company from Neuburg an der Donau is buying a logistics property together with the joint venture partner WDP. “The property, which has several rental units with a total usable area of approx. 13,000 m², is rented long-term,” said VIB Vermögen on Tuesday. The company does not provide any information on the purchase price of the property or the amount of annual rental income.
The start-up project of the joint venture between VIB Vermögen and WDP, an 80,000 m² site for the future development of a logistics facility in Gelsenkirchen, is also making progress. “The redevelopment of the brownfield will be completed in October 2020 by the seller of the property. The building permit has already been granted ”, reports the Süddeutsche. The marketing is “in full swing”.
