In February 2021, Neue ZWL Zahnradwerk Leipzig has to repay a bond issued in 2015. The paper has a maximum volume of 25 million euros and an annual interest rate of 7.5 percent.
The company is currently considering refinancing the expiring bond with a new bond. There could also be an exchange offer for the old investors. In a first step, a roadshow is to be carried out. This is organized by the Quirin Privatbank. Among other things, depending on the feedback received there, the Neue ZWL Zahnradwerk Leipzig wants to decide on a new bond.
After the more difficult months of the pandemic, things are now better at Neue ZWL. Sales in September are back at the pre-crisis level. There is currently strong demand in the area of electric / hybrid drives.
