Exclusive deal with Wirecard – Vivid advertises Boon Planet customers

Negotiations have been going on in the background for weeks about who will buy the remaining parts from Wirecard. Big names like Santander or Deutsche Bank were in discussion, and a decision should be made in the coming days, especially with regard to the Wirecard Bank’s business. Many had already given up hope for the Boon Planet banking app, once an ambitious project. At the beginning of August, the company announced to its customers that they would soon no longer be able to use their bank account and card.

Now the German-Russian fintech Vivid has seized its chance. It has entered into a deal with the Wirecard bank and is now trying to convince Boon Planet customers of their own banking app. The company from the realm of the Russian digital bank Tinkoff has considered a special marketing incentive for this.
