VIB Vermögen is expanding its portfolio by around 20,000 square meters. A new logistics property is being built near Waidhaus. This should be ready in April 2021. Another logistics hall will be built on an existing property. A property in Regensburg is also to be expanded by 3,200 square meters. All of this will lead to new sales from the second quarter of 2021.
The analysts at SRC Research therefore expect VIB’s sales to exceed 100 million euros in the coming year. The pipeline is also well filled. That should allow sales to rise further.
So far, the experts’ rating for the shares of VIB Vermögen has been “hold”; In the current study, the target price increases to EUR 30.00. The new rating is “accumulate”.
The shares of VIB Vermögen have increased by 2.8 percent today to EUR 27.25.
