Just a few days ago, the head of Germany at N26 shared a ranking of customer satisfaction: The Berlin smartphone bank achieved 4.3 out of 5 possible stars – while the established money houses smeared in the Trustpilot evaluation. Customers rate Deutsche Bank with 1.8 stars. Georg Hauer’s statement is clear: the young attackers are making a better product.
However, the situation is different for the bank’s employees, where by far not everyone is satisfied. According to Finance Forward, employees of N26 have teamed up to initiate a works council election. This is a special feature because many start-ups in Berlin do not have employee representatives.
