At Stuttgart automotive supplier Bosch, a woman moves into the top management for the first time in the company’s history. The 48-year-old Filiz Albrecht will take over the position of Labor Director in the management of Robert Bosch GmbH from next year.

Gerlingen – The manager Filiz Albrecht is the first woman to move into the Bosch management. As of January 1, the 48-year-old will take over the post of labor director, as the company in Gerlingen announced on Friday. She currently heads the central human resources department at Bosch and is responsible for senior staff, talent management and organizational development. The qualified business lawyer worked for the supplier Mann + Hummel before joining the Bosch Group in October 2017. Albrecht takes over from Christoph K├╝bel, who will retire at the end of the year.

Furthermore, 62-year-old Peter Tyroller, who is responsible for the coordination of activities in the Asia-Pacific region in the management of the technology group, will also leave at the end of 2020. This position will not be filled. The coordination of business in the region is distributed within the management.
