Fraport: Share will be graded

Since the price lows at the height of the crisis, Fraport’s share price has recovered by 75 percent. The recovery in air traffic should not happen too quickly, however, so the prospects are dim. In the first week of June, the number of passengers decreased by 92 percent compared to the previous year. The minus for freight is 12.8 percent. Fraport responds to the situation with savings and short-time work.

Independent Research analysts continue to expect a loss per share of EUR 1.50 for 2020. In 2021 there will be a profit of 2.46 euros per paper. Then there will also be a dividend of EUR 1.50 per share.

The experts raise the target price for Fraport shares from EUR 39.00 to EUR 45.00. So far, there has been a recommendation to hold the airport operator’s shares. After the recent price development, the rating for the paper drops to “sell”:

Fraport’s shares today lost 1.3 percent to EUR 47.74. The current price is thus still above the target price, which supports the sales recommendation.
