Hospitality businesses come up with all kinds of creative solutions to reopen from 1 June 2020 according to the RIVM guidelines. RTL discovered that two restaurants in the Netherlands have a very creative plan: they use robots as a service.
‘In the Asian restaurant Dadawan in Maastricht, it is not waiters, but robots who bring your order. James, Amy and Aker will be there to receive the guests from 1 June.
Royal Palace in Renesse also already has two robots in the starting blocks. They will welcome people and deliver orders. They can go to the tables independently, but the guests have to lend a hand to grab the food and drinks. The robots are not yet able to take orders, ‘read more here.
