According to preliminary figures for 2019/2020, sales at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen will decrease by 6 percent to 2.35 billion euros. DZ Bank analysts had expected 2.24 billion euros. Adjusted EBITDA comes to 102 million euros, the experts’ forecast was 106 million euros. After taxes, the Heidelberg company made a loss of 343 million euros, the expert estimate was -302 million euros.
The analysts stick to their sell recommendation for the shares of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen. The target price for the shares will be reduced from EUR 0.45 to EUR 0.42.
For the new financial year, the analysts expect a loss per share of 0.10 euros (old: -0.03 euros). In 2021/22 it should be -0.05 euros (old: 0.00 euros).
Restructuring has been underway at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen since March. This is fundamentally positive. However, there is the general crisis, which is currently exacerbating the problems everywhere. At least for the time being, Heidelberg’s liquidity appears to have been secured. The equity ratio is a maximum of 9 percent. This suggests that there could be a capital increase soon.
The shares of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen today lose 1.6 percent to EUR 0.598.
