The funds from operations put FCR Immobilien at 1.1 million euros for the first quarter of 2020, while EBITDA reached 3.5 million euros and pre-tax profit reached 1.5 million euros.
“For the year 2020 sales (over expert opinion) in the range of over 25 million euros are still being negotiated, which will then have a noticeable effect in FFO2”, the company said.
